As an HR Support Officer at STAXS®, your focus will be on providing administrative support and structuring various HR processes. You will work closely with the HR Manager and HR Advisor, forming a small, close-knit team, supporting both our Dutch and Belgian locations.
We are looking for a colleague who thrives on accurate work and enjoys organizing HR processes, helping us fulfil STAXS®' mission to make pharmaceutical production as safe and efficient as possible.

What will you be doing?
- You will provide broad support to the HR department, from managing personnel files and training registrations to maintaining absence records.
- Draft HR documents such as contracts and meeting confirmations, send them for (digital) signature, and ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with payroll partners to ensure accurate salary processing and create HR reports.
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring all administration runs smoothly.
- Participate in HR projects where your administrative skills will make a significant impact.
What do you bring?
- A vocational degree (MBO-4 level) in an administrative field.
- At least one year of experience in an HR department, with strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with digital (HR) systems.
- Excellent written skills in both Dutch and English.
- A keen eye for detail, precision, and the ability to streamline processes.
