Your role – A chance to lead and grow
As Sales Manager Netherlands, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the strategy for the Dutch team and lead the growth of our market share. You will manage a team of seven sales representatives, each responsible for their own geographic area in the Netherlands. You will ensure that your team performs at their best and support them in engaging with clients, helping them to seize business opportunities. You will work closely with middle management and other Regional Sales Managers to achieve the shared growth of STAXS®.

What you bring to the role:
- At least 5 years of sales experience in a B2B environment, with a focus on value-adding and conceptual sales combined with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, either directly or indirectly (e.g., within a matrix structure)
- Affinity with the pharma and life sciences sector
- Ideally based centrally in the Netherlands to effectively lead your team and you have the willingness to travel, e.g. with occasional trips abroad
- Fluent in Dutch and English
